Chris grew up in Illinois and became a Christian when he was 8 years old.  After getting a degree in biomedical engineering (you should ask him….”what’s that?”) at Saint Louis University, he answered the call to student ministry in 2003.  Since then, he has served at churches in Mississippi, Missouri, and Illinois. 
Chris attended Southwestern Baptist Seminary were he received his masters in Christian Education. 

An avid Cardinals and Illini fan, Chris loves to make fun of the CUBS (Completely Useless By September) and Mizzou Tigers. 

His favorite verse is John 10:10 because it tells us that Jesus came to give us life but also that we will have to fight for it. 

Some of his favorite writers/speakers are Ravi Zacharias, John Eldredge, and Charles Stanley.
