Greg was born in St. Louis, Missouri and has served in various churches throughout Illinois. He attended Southern Baptist Theological Seminary where he earned his Master of Divinity degree. He has shared 35 wonderful years of marriage with his wife, Carolyn, and they are blessed with three children: Melanie, Jordan, and Taylor, and one grandchild: Cole. Outside of serving at Westview, Pastor Greg enjoys hiking, fishing, and reading.
STUDENT MINISTRY DIRECTOR
Michelle is a Belleville girl. Her parents brought her to Westview when she was 4 and after graduating from Belleville East and studying at Southwest Baptist Univ., she married Bill. As an Air Force wife, she loved seeing the world while stationed in Germany, Maine, Illinois and Washington. In 2001, Michelle and her family returned permanently to the area where they've raised Kelsey and Will, who are both in college now. She is thrilled to bring 25 years of student & children's ministry experience back to her home church and youth group!
Kim was born in San Diego, California. She has been a member at Westview since 2000 and started serving as the Administrative Assistant just this year. Her mom is the infamous Ellen Bird, the former Administrative Assistant and her dad is Ed and is retired from the Coast Guard. She is also married to Chris of six years, who is the drummer at Westview. She has one daughter, Samantha, and two grandsons, Laykin who is 6, and Jace who is 4. Kim enjoys cooking and playing Candy Crush.
DIRECTOR OF WORSHIP MINISTRIES
Anna grew up in the Collinsville area. She studied Church Music at Lee University, then went on to get her Master's in Worship Studies shortly after receiving her Bachelor's Degree. Anna has been privileged to perform at the Biltmore Estate in Asheville, NC with the Ladies of Lee and has also sang at the Presidential Inauguration in 2013 with the Lee Festival Choir. Anna cares deeply about seeing people connect to God through the art of worship and is passionate about the unity of the body of Christ in the Church. Anna enjoys long-boarding, blogging, and quoting Gilmore Girls.
